Following in his fathers footsteps Paul has worked in some facet of the real estate industry his entire life. With 35+ years as a sales professional he utilizes passion, desire and experience while mentoring and learning from others. His desire is to help strengthen the individual by increasing their abilities and fostering greater passion for both life and self. Paul and his family have lived in Huntington Beach for more than seven years where they have attended the local schools and participated in many city activities, including beach clean-ups, Junior Guards, Water Polo and competitive swim teams. Paul enjoys working with HB real estate, but this is just a small portion of his experience. For nearly 30 years he lived and worked in San Gabriel Valley, the Diamond Bar/Walnut area and the Inland Empire. This experience has proven valuable to clients who seek an agent with broad understanding of more than a single local market. With deep title, escrow, real estate and lending experience Paul is there to help navigate individuals and families through the many real estate and financial options they encounter.

Have represented Sellers, Buyers and those seeking Rental housing. Worked in the Title business where he searched and cured the most challenging of title issues. Developed a successful Escrow company. Has provided real estate home loans for nearly 26 years. His Real Estate experience includes both Residential and Commercial as well as New Construction and Land development.
Began his life long real estate/financial career in Title in 1981. Help start and grow an escrow company in 1989. Began originating, processing and closing home loans in 1992. Added selling real estate to his quiver of financial options in 2005.
